Thank you for supporting Wants Music Studio. Our Rewards program is our way of giving something back to customers who continue to choose our work and share it with others.

1. 10 Orders. 1 On Us.

 

Complete 10 qualifying purchases with Wants Music Studio and receive one complimentary product as your loyalty reward.

How it works:

• Each qualifying product set purchased counts as one purchase toward your Rewards record.

• Multiple qualifying product sets purchased within the same order will each count separately. For example, an order containing three qualifying product sets will count as three purchases toward your Rewards record.

• After purchasing 10 qualifying product sets, you will become eligible for one complimentary product.

• Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or chargeback orders do not qualify.

• Orders placed through eligible Wants Music Studio sales channels may be counted toward your purchase history, subject to verification.

• Qualifying purchases must be associated with the same customer. We may request order information or other reasonable details to verify purchases made across different sales channels.

• The complimentary product is subject to availability and any applicable reward-value limit stated by Wants Music Studio at the time of redemption.

• The complimentary reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or transferred to another person.

• For the complimentary reward redemption, Wants Music Studio will cover standard shipping charges and applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with delivering the complimentary product. Additional charges resulting from customer-requested expedited shipping, special delivery services, or other non-standard shipping arrangements may be excluded.

• Once a complimentary reward has been redeemed, a new 10-order cycle begins.
   

 

2. Share & Save

Share your Wants Music Studio product on social media and tag our official account. As a thank-you, we’ll include a complimentary gift with your next purchase.
 

To qualify:

• The content must feature a Wants Music Studio product you purchased or received.

• The photo, video, or other content must be your own original content.

• Your post must tag or mention the official Wants Music Studio social media account.

• Your post or account must be publicly viewable at the time we verify the submission. If we are unable to view your post, we may ask you to provide a screenshot or link for verification.

• Once verified, your complimentary gift will be recorded and included with your next eligible purchase from Wants Music Studio.

• One complimentary gift may be earned per qualifying social media post unless otherwise stated.

• Each qualifying post may only be submitted once for a reward.

• Complimentary gifts are selected by Wants Music Studio and may vary depending on availability.

• Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, discounts, or other products.

• The gift will be shipped together with your next qualifying order and cannot be shipped separately.

• Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or chargeback orders are not eligible to receive the complimentary gift.

• Wants Music Studio reserves the right to determine whether a submission meets the requirements of the Share & Receive a Gift program.

3. Honest Reviews

 

We value genuine customer experiences.

 

Participation in Share & Save does not require a positive review, a five-star rating, or any particular opinion. Rewards are provided for eligible sharing and participation, not for the sentiment or rating of a review.

 

Where a third-party marketplace or social platform has its own rules regarding incentivized reviews or promotional content, those platform rules also apply.

4. Reward Verification

 

Wants Music Studio may request reasonable information to verify qualifying orders, social posts, or reward eligibility.

 

Rewards may be withheld or cancelled in cases of duplicate submissions, returned or cancelled orders, misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate the Rewards program.

 

 

5. Program Changes

 

Wants Music Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards program, its qualifying criteria, exclusions, reward values, or these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary.

 

Changes will not affect rewards that have already been validly issued unless required due to fraud, misuse, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. General

 

Participation in Wants Music Studio Rewards constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The Rewards program is intended for personal customers and is not transferable unless expressly approved by Wants Music Studio.
